Thanks for your interest in taking part in Discover: Horticulture & Landscape Trades, hosted by Prince's Trust Canada.
Horticulture & Landscape Trades is a diverse sector, and it offers viable, fulfilling, and respected career paths. This includes a wide array of people and groups who farm, landscape, garden, research, and advise.
Discover Horticulture & Landscape Trades will introduce you to this exciting field and the many different types of careers. You will learn from industry experts and visit various types of garden and growing spaces in the GTA.
This program will take place over the course of three days:
March 28th from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. ET virtually on Zoom
March 29th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. ET in-person at the Toronto Zoo Greenhouse
- Includes a tour of the Toronto Zoo Greenhouse and interactive planting activity
- Includes a tour of the Climate Solutions Park to learn about food sovereignty, food security, permaculture, pollinators and more!
***Transportation costs, access to the sites, and lunch will be provided during the in-person sessions.
