It has been 48 hours and my listing isn’t live, what’s going on?

We do our best to make sure all listings are live 48 hours after they are received. If your listing was submitted on the weekend or on a holiday, it may take us a little bit longer to get it posted. Thank you for your understanding.


I forgot my BuyVeteranCA login details and cannot reset them, what should I do?

Don’t worry, we can help recover your login information! Reach out to buyveteranca@princestrust.ca with:

  • Your full name
  • The name(s) of your business listing(s)

We will reach out if we have any questions and will make the necessary changes within 48 hours.


How do I edit my business listing?

 

Please note: 

You need to have a registered business on the BuyVeteranCA directory. Register here.

 

How to edit a business listing:

  1. Login to BuyVeteranCA by selecting “BuyVeteranCA login” in the website’s top right corner or visiting https://www.princestrust.ca/Account/Login

  2. Enter the username and password you created when you registered your business. If you forgot your password, select “reset password” and enter the email associated with your BuyVeteranCA account.

  3. Once you are logged in, select “Edit your business(es) information” from the side menu.

  4. If you have multiple business listings, use the drop down at the top of the page to select the one you would like to edit. (See the FAQ “Can I have multiple business listings with one login” to learn more about this topic)

  5. Make your edits o the business listing in the form and submit them.

Can I have multiple business listings with one login?

Yes, you can have multiple business listings associated with the same login.

 

To set this up, you’ll need to send us some information. Please contact buyveteranca@princestrust.ca with:

  • The username of the login you would like all your business listings to be linked to.
  • The names of the business listing you would like to link to that login.

We will reach out if we have any questions and will make the necessary changes within 48 hours.

 

How do I delete my business listing and/or login?

Please contact buyveteranca@princestrust.ca with:

  • The username or email for your login
  • The name(s) of your business listing(s)

How do I report a listing that contains a broken link or inappropriate content?

Please contact buyveteranca@princestrust.ca with the subject line “Report : BuyVeteranCA content” and include the business listing’s full name.
