No prior participation in any of our programs is required. All members of the military and Veteran community are welcome and encouraged to list their businesses.
We do not require legal documentation that businesses listed are owned by veterans, however if the website does not mention military service, we follow up for written confirmation prior to enabling the listing.
We do not verify the information submitted is correct. If it is discovered to contain incorrect or misleading information, the listing is removed immediately at our discretion without notice.
We reserve the right to edit listings for brevity and clarity and refuse listings without a clear business or commercial offering.
Businesses may freely use the BuyVeteranCA logo. Other logos associated with Prince's Trust Canada, Operation Entrepreneur or any sponsor or partner may not be used.
At any point, listings can be removed at our discretion, including in the event the business or the entrepreneur is found to contravene the law or the community-building spirit of the directory. Any individual or business that violates the below will have their listing immediately removed without notice. The directory cannot be used:
for any unlawful purpose, promoting any illegal activities, inciting violence or to promote sexually explicit material;
for promoting any form of discrimination;
for the purpose of promoting hate, harming, threatening, defaming or abusing/harassing any other person in a way that invades someone’s privacy or is (in our reasonable opinion) offensive or unacceptable;
in a way that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on the website’s technical systems as determined by us or undue demands on staff time or resources.
