Youth Employment Program
A NEW FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (YEP)
We're launching a one-year, paid, work placement program for equity-deserving youth, aged 18-25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
YEP will provide equity-deserving youth participants with professional skills training followed by paid work placements at top organizations across the public, private and social profit sectors.
Following the work placement, participants will be set up with mock interviews, online professional profiles and be coached through interviews so that they can leverage their YEP training and experience into landing meaningful employment.
The program will launch in July, 2024.
